The town of New Plymouth is located on Green Turtle Cay in the Abacos.  New Plymouth, at one time, was the largest settlement in all of the Bahamas.  At the present time about 1000 people reside on GTC.  Phil and Rosemary reside part time on Green Turtle and most of Phil's Bahamas paintings come from Green Turtle and the surrounding cays.
